§ Mr. William RodgersI have been sent, and am studying, the report made recently to the West Midlands County Council and the Birmingham City Council. It is for the two councils to decide what action is necessary to repair the Birmingham Inner Ring Road but I shall keep a close interest in the outcome, as there may be some useful general lessons.
