§ 45. Mr. John Huntasked the Attorney-General when he intends to increase the amount which an employer is allowed to deduct from an employee's earnings as a reimbursement for the work involved in making deductions under an attachment of earnings order.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe permitted deduction was increased from 5p to 13p for each occasion with effect from 1st January 1976. My noble Friend has no proposal in mind for a further increase at present.
