§ Mr. MasonThe term "United Kingdom Eyes Only "is not a security classification; it is one of a number of restrictive markings. Such markings can be applied to documents of any classification to reinforce the need to know principle, which underlies our security procedures. For obvious reasons it would be undesirable to disclose the range and purpose of these restrictive markings.
