§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Minister for Overseas Development what steps he is taking to ensure that the cuts in overseas aid do not fall on projects that are designed to raise the level of living of the poorest, even in relatively prosperous developing countries.
§ Mr. JuddIt will be one of my main objectives in the review of the aid programme which is now being made to maintain the high priority which we already give to such projects.
