§ Mr. Joel BarnettWhile prompt information is available on central Government borrowing and the balance of receipts and expenditure which necessitate it, there is scope for improving information on borrowing from the market by the other two sub-sectors, in particular by local authorities; work is in hand on this, with their co-operation.
