§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe Working Group on the Employment of Non-Domiciled Seafarers has met five times and has gathered much useful informa-666W tion. It will meet again next week. During February a party of its members will discuss wage discrimination problems on the spot with Government, shipowner and trade union representatives in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, where the majority of these seafarers are recruited. The group is expected to complete its work before the end of the year.
