652W
§ Mr. McElhoneIt is too soon to determine the educational effects of the changes. My right hon. Friend is aware of the anxieties of parents in the area, and has asked Strathclyde Regional Council to keep the arrangements under review.
§ 33. Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what evidence exists on the decline in standards in Scottish education.
