Member for Cleveland and Whitby (Mr. Brittan), there are at present no plans for such a review; but my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor hopes in due course to submit to the Rule Committee of the Supreme Court proposals which would in substance implement the recent report of the Law Commission on Remedies in Administrative Law.
