§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Employment what action he takes to ensure that trainees under the training opportunities scheme are genuinely seeking to find gainful employment at the end of their training course; and what power he has to recover all or part of the cost of such courses from trainees who are in a position to contribute from their own financial resources.
