§ Mr. TomlinsonThe cost of fares for Mr. Richard to travel between New York and Geneva and for journeys to and from London was £1,599. It is not possible to separate Mr. Richard's travelling expenses on his African tour from those of the members of his accompanying staff: to date the approximate cost of the party's journeys amount to £13,000.
