Mr. R. C. Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the recent case in the Court of Appeal, he will introduce legislation to amend the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 in order to clarify the law relating to the smoking and possession of cannabis leaf.
