§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) why the United Kingdom Offshore Operations Association is not represented on the Energy Commission;
(2) why, if BNOC has been given a position on the Energy Commission, similar representation has not been granted to individual oil companies operating in the United Kingdom;
(3) why 44 per cent. of the seats on the Energy Commission have been reserved for the TUC Fuel and Power Industry Committee.
