§ Mr. ShoreI have recently completed a comprehensive review of the membership of the Northern, Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands, West Midlands and South-East Economic Planning Councils. Below is a list of the current members of each of the separate Councils. I hope to complete my review of the others shortly. I am glad to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the excellent work done by those members who have served hitherto.
