§ Mr. DeakinsMost of the social security benefits which are available to those under pension age are also available to those who defer their retirement, although there may be differences in the conditions for entitlement. A number of benefits—supplementary benefit or attendance allowance for example—are of course also available to those who have retired. If the hon.
