§ Mr. CarterA Working Party has been established to examine the method of transfer at 11-plus from primary to secondary schools in an interim period222W while the reorganisation of secondary education is under consideration. The membership of the Working Party includes representatives of teachers' organisations, education and library boards, voluntary school authorities and the Northern Ireland Department of Education.
