§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that comments have been received from a large number of employers and from the Trades Union Congress on behalf of the trade unions in the industry, but the views of the Engineering Industry Training Board are still awaited. I understand that the Board will be considering the matter at its meeting today.
