§ Mr. FreesonThe local authorities concerned were notified of my right hon. Friend's decision on 11th January. The following districts have been added to the list of districts designated as areas of housing stress which was annexed to Circular 80/76:

- Colderdale
- Doncaster
- Grimsby
- Hartlepool
- Kirklees
- Plymouth
- Reading
- Rochdale
- Rotherham
- Sunderland
- Wakefield
