§ Mr. GoldingStrengthening of the Careers Service, job creation programme, youth employment subsidy, temporary employment subsidy, the Job Release Scheme, Community Industry, short industrial courses, work experience programmes and industrial training award schemes all of which have made a contribution to the reduction of unemployment among young people.
