§ Mr. MoyleNo evidence of deliberate disregard of their terms of service by whole-time consultants has been reported to me by health authorities. Although whole-time consultants are precluded from charging patients for services which form part of their NHS duties, they are entitled under their terms of service to charge for professional services outside the scope of the NHS Acts, such as medical reports for insurance companies and prospective employers.
