§ Mr. HoramThe scheme has not yet advanced to the point at which formal objections are invited. By an announcement on 22nd December 1976, the Department invited public comment by 7th February 1977 on what appears to be the only practicable route for a by-pass. To date there has been no response. The starting date for construction will90W depend on the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of funds.
