§ Mr. Robert Sheldon,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 14th January 1977], gave the following reply:
In the last three months representations on this subject have been received in a joint memorandum from the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies, the Institute of Actuaries, the Bar Council and the Law Society, and also in a small number of letters from private individuals. On the second part of the Question my right hon. Friend would not wish to anticipate his Budget Statement.
