§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to receive the report of the CPRS on overseas representation; and when it is likely to be published.
§ Mr. CroslandSir Kenneth Berrill has said that he intends to let me have the report by the end of April. On publication, my right hon. Friend the then Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary said, when announcing the terms of reference to the House on 14th January 1976, that the House would be informed of the conclusions of the report and that as 75W much of it would be published as possible. This is still the intention.
