CunninghamWe review possible profiles of the future flow of gas, including that from the Northern Basin, regularly in the context of our annual consideration of the British Gas corporate plan. Limitation of non-premium use of gas and the effects on other fuels are major factors in these reviews. Gas production will continue to rise in line with British Gas contracts with the pro2W ducers displacing imported oil, until about 1980. Thereafter, production is expected to be related broadly to premium demand.
