§ Mr. John FraserThe Symposium of Consumer Organisations in Brussels on 2nd and 3rd December 1976 was convened by the EEC Commission, who issued the invitations. I understand that some 10 consumer-oriented organisations were represented by participants who attended from the United Kingdom, and in addition officials from my Department and from the Office of Fair Trading were present as observers.
