§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisFor purposes of control by cash limits, the expenditures of the Prime Minister's Office are carried on the Civil Service Department's Central Management Vote. On this and other Civil Service Department Votes, the introduction of the cash limits system has intensified the attention given to the need for economy, but no special measures affecting the number and location of staff are expected to be necessary in the financial year 1976–77 because of their operation.
