§ Mr. William RodgersIt is estimated that car and taxi traffic will rise by about 4 per cent. and commercial vehicle traffic by 2 per cent. while bus and coach traffic remains unchanged. I regret that no estimate is available for two-wheeled vehicle traffic, but last year's rise was about 24 per cent. for motorised two wheelers and about 7 per cent. for pedal cycles.
