(2) if he will now state the date on which it is expected the construction of the A13 to A12 section of the M25 will commence.
§ Mr. HoramThe detailed implications for the road programme of the recent cuts in public expenditure and of the consequent moratorium on the letting of new trunk road contracts are still being examined, but my right hon. Friend intends to give high priority to construction of the M25 London outer orbital route.
