§ Mr. Paul Deanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what will be the rates of national insurance contributions from April 1977 for employers and employees in the Civil Service, the Armed Forces, the National Health Service and local government; and what arrangements exist for deductions from national insurance benefits in respect of these employees.
