- A. Land at Bromford, owned by Birmingham; a response from the council on the extent of their claim is awaited.
- B. Land at Gravelly Hill and Castle Bromwich, owned by Birmingham MBC: the amount of compensation has been agreed in both cases and settlements will be made as soon as the legal formalities have been completed.
- C. Land at Birmingham Road, Great Barr, owned by Walsall MBC: a response from the council on the extent of its claim is awaited.
- D. Land at Birmingham Road, Great Barr, owned by Sanwell MBC: a substantial payment on account has been made to the council, which has requested that certain works be carried out before conveyancing is completed.
