§ 44. Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what suggestions he has received from community health councils about raising finance for the Health Service; and whether he has offered any encouragement in his reply.
§ Mr. EnnalsI know of only one community health council which has raised this question. Fund-raising is not one of the activities which my Department has encouraged community health councils to pursue.
