§ Mr. DellFormal discussions with other MFA signatories are a matter for the EEC Commission, which is the spokesman and negotiator for the whole Community. We are, of course, well aware of the views of the US Government from informal contacts and from statements made by their representatives in the GATT Textiles Committee in December.
