§ Mr. MarksMr. Cripps has now submitted his report to my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for the Environment and for Wales. It is being printed and is expected to be published within the next two months; copies will be placed in the Library. There will need to be careful study of the report and widespread consultations before any conclusions are reached on the recommendations.
