§ Mr. GoldingAlthough I am naturally concerned about possible reductions in employment in the concrete and iron pipe making industries, it is not possible at this stage to make any precise estimates of the extent of short-time working or the number of redundancies which may occur in these industries as a result of the reduction of capital expenditure projects.
