Share Capital Authorised: 6,500,000 ordinary shares of £1 each. Issued (all to UKAEA):

  1. (a) 1,266,783 fully paid.
  2. (b) 5,000,000, 40p per share paid with remaining 60p per share due to be paid in stages over the period to end of 1977–78.
Consolidated Fund Loans (taken over from the UKAEA in 1971)
  1. (a) £2,835,504 repayable over 22 years at 5½ per cent, interest—£2,191,000 outstanding
  2. (b)£123,840 repayable over 24 years at 9⅛per cent. interest—£98,000 outstanding.
Regional Development and Investment Grants A total of approximately £202,000 has been paid to date.
