§ Mr. DunnThe gate at the junction of Arthur Street and Chichester Street does not open until 8 a.m. Female search officers, together with military personnel, are on duty from 7 a.m., at the gate at the junction of Lower North Street and Royal Avenue, but they do not attend the gate at the junction of Lower North Street and Bridge Street until 8 a.m. The assignment of personnel to the search teams takes account of the composition and flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and the requirements are regularly reviewed by the security forces in consultation with local commercial representatives.
