§ Mr. MillanI am examining the possibility of legislation in this area, which might include measures in the field of criminal justice and also certain of the proposals requiring legislation in the Second Report of the Thomson Committee on Criminal Procedure in Scotland (Cmnd. 6218). I shall make an announcement in due course when I have made further progress with these issues.
