§ Mr. Giles Shawasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection if, in view of his decision to reverse his predecessor's ruling that a proportion of costs incurred by bakers were classified as allowable costs under the Price Code, he will set out his reasons for so doing and the terms upon which he expects the present discount scheme to operate within the code.
