§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he plans to introduce the transfer of properties from control to regulated tenancies in areas outside London which was postponed on 1st July 1975.
§ Mr. ArmstrongThe automatic decontrol programme contained in the Housing Finance Act 1972 was brought to an end by the Housing Rents and Subsidies Act in March 1975. The merits of continuing to maintain the controlled rent system are being examined in the Rent Act review.
