§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will extend the closing date for representations to the Leitch Committee on Trunk Road Assessment from 18th March to 31st March.
§ Mr. William RodgersThis is very much a matter for the Committee. I understand, however, that the Committee regards 18th March as a target date and will not exclude from consideration important representations received shortly after.
