§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry what representations he has made to the new EEC Commissioner for Regional Policy concerning increasing the provision of assistance for economic development of Wales and Scotland.
§ Mr. CryerMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State will be seeing the new EEC Commissioner for Regional Policy during his visit to the United Kingdom on 28th February and 1st March, and I expect their discussions to cover the whole range of the United Kingdom's regional problems and the contribution which the Community can make towards solving them.
