§ Mr. TomlinsonWhen we have sufficient information to suggest that foreign companies have been trading with Southern Rhodesia, we submit this to the United Nations Sanctions Committee in New York. Two notes naming Israeli firms were submitted in 1975. None was submitted in 1976.
