§ Mr. William RodgersMy hon. Friend is referring to the EEC proposals on the adjustment of national taxation systems for commercial vehicles. The only draft directive published by the Commission (R /1435/68) has been deposited in the House. My memorandum of November 1976, which was also deposited, sets out the changes of substance now under discussion.
