§ Mr. Merlyn ReesOn 18th December 1975—[Vol. 902, c. 701]—the then Home Secretary informed the House that copies of new detailed criteria for the grant of parole which had been agreed with the Parole Board were being placed in the Library of each House. These criteria, which were included in the Parole Board's annual report for 1975 laid before Parliament, are currently being used.
