§ Mr. Fryasked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) how many international road haulage permits for France issued for 1976 were returned unused;
(2) how many firms which returned or did not use international road haulage permits for France in 1976 received the same allocation for 1977;
(3) how many firms which returned or did not use international road haulage permits for France in 1976 received a higher allocation in 1977.
