asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, whether he will take any measures to alleviate the problems facing young farmers with limited capital trying to enter the industry.

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will introduce a scheme to provide low interest capital for young farmers wishing to buy a farm for the first time.
