§ Mr. MulleyThe planned development of these two system makes comparison difficult because they are designed to meet different military requirements, the Nimrod system to meet the task in the Eastern Atlantic and United Kingdom Air Defence Region and the Boeing E3A for the airborne early warning task over the whole of the NATO area, as a collectively funded and operated force.
