§ Mr. Cowansasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, in view of the commitment contained in Circular 89/75 to review the housing cost yardstick quarterly and the fact that in the last two quarters of 1976 no increase was given, if he will indicate whether a rise in the housing cost yardstick is proposed in the first quarter of 1977.
