Whether they will specify the names of the organisations or persons to whom copies of determinations of the Immigration Appeals Tribunal were sent prior to and after July 1976 respectively, giving in each case the number of copies sent to that person or organisation; and whether they will state how many appeals were conducted before adjudicators and the Tribunal respectively by each of the persons or organisations appearing on this list.

1534WARules require the appellate authority to send a copy of the determination on any appeal to every party to that appeal. There is no obligation to provide copies of determinations to any other individual or organisation. Arrangements to supply copies of determinations otherwise than to the parties to appeals are a matter for the appellate authority.
Information about the number of appeals in which particular individuals or organisations have represented appellants could not be obtained without disproportionate effort.
