§ Mr. Les HuckfieldA provisional document prepared by officials on certain aspects of management has been shown on a personal basis to a number of individuals, including industrialists, trade unionists and educationalists who, because of their knowledge and experience of the subject, are well placed to make informed comments. In the light of their responses I and my right hon. Friends will be considering what further action to take.
