§ Mr. Les HuckfieldIt is the intention to incorporate National Shipbuilders and Repairers Ltd. under the Companies Acts as a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.

§ Mr. Les HuckfieldIt is intended that National Shipbuilders and Repairers Ltd. will hold on trust for the Crown all the publicly owned stock and shares in Appledore Shipbuilders Ltd., Cammell Laird Shipbuilders Ltd., Govan Shipbuilders Ltd., North East Coast Ship-repairers Ltd., and Sunderland Shipbuilding and Engineering Ltd. These shares were acquired between 1970 and 1975 at a total cost of £34.5 million.
